Llc Corp

in real estate? which entity is best and why LLC or S-Corp?
I have started to hold rental properties and am thinking to have an entity started as well but is still undecided about s-corp vs. llc. I am planning to do 1031 exchange sometime in the future and hoping my business will grow. pls help.
This is a technical question that you should direct to your CPA or Real Estate Attorney. Both models offer liability protection and tax advantages and you can sell business-owned real estate and place it into a 1031 either way. But a CPA is the best person to advise you on the pros and cons spefic to your situation.
