Form Llc In Nevada
Form a LLC in California or Nevada?
I am resident of California. I heard from lots of individuals that forming a corporation or LLC in Nevada was good but I don’t know why. But I did hear one individual say that there wasn’t that much advantage of forming in Nevada. Who’s right? Why?
