Nevada S Corporation
Would anybody out there know the pros and cons of setting up a corporation in Nevada?
I have been told that Nevada and/or Arizona corporations have it over all other states.
They are easy to set up, but the location advertises to all knowledgeable persons that if it operates a “business” in a different state, the corporation is likely a shell company and/or a front for a scam of some sort.
