Nevada Property 1 Llc
I have a Nevada LLC and will purchasing distressed property in Florida. ?
Do I need to have a Broker of record or real estate licence for the state I am buying property in? I am a single owner on the LLC and I live out of the country. I have 1 person doing work for me on a 1099. That one person will be taking care of the properties for me.
Can anyone help me with this question. I have been looking everywhere and can not get a defiant answer.

You, as an individual or owner/officer of a company can make the purchase without a broker. For asset protection purposes, I suggest a different LLC for each property.
