US LLC corp, for out of state use in commodity trading.?
Trying to escape the $800 California default corporation tax.
I want to know if I incorporate an LLC in Nevada or other state, whether I can use this in California. It will only be used for personal commodity trading. No business sales or anything.
Of course you can.
Corporations are regularly moving their offices to Deleware and the Bahamas (or Dubai) for better treatment.
