What Role does the “Registerd agent” play for an LLC Filed in My Home state?
OR an LLC registered in say Nevada.
Not sure about Nevada – but in Illinois, the registered agent is the point of contact for the Secretary of State, is listed as the contact point for people trying to contact the corporation – and generally completes the annual report.
