How do I file for Separate Maintenance in Nevada?

I am seeking information on filing for Separate Maintenence in the State of Nevada with an unborn child. The child is of this marriage. We have been separated for 6 weeks and both live in Las Vegas. I am paying all of the baby’s doctor bills on my own, and wish for relief. I am looking for the father to pay me spousal support until after the baby is born at which time I will file for divorce.

It’s not something you want to do on your own. You need to retain an attorney. They will be able to file any and all paperwork needed to get you the support you need.
