What are the benefits of registering an LLC in Delaware or Nevada?
I am getting ready to register my business as an LLC and I have been told that there are benefits to registering in Nevada or Delaware but I don’t know what they are. Can somebody tell me what the difference is? I’m in Texas so would there be any drawbacks?
I did a little research and I read something about income tax benefits in Nevada but it said if you don’t actually reside in Nevada, you are probably better off registering in Delaware because of cost purposes. So, that’s what I know, and it’s not much, so could somebody out there help me?

Incorporating in Delaware provides you a low incorporating fee as well as lower corporate taxes. Delaware also has a chancerry court, which only hears cases between corporations. There’s a reason that 90% of Fortune 500 companies are incorporated there.
