Is it possible to change the name of an already registered LLC?
We have currently registered an LLC under a certain name to protect the names while we are getting our trademarks registered. Will it be possible to go back and then change the name of our LLC to our desired name?
Go to your Secretary of State as well as Department of Taxation (or however that department is called in your state) and find the form needed to change the name of the LLC
