Llc Registration
NJ Business file and registration questions.?
My intention is to acquire a business name and a retail license for a wholesale account. The plan is to develop a web based store front to start. I will plan on putting all I make back into more inventory until I can open up at an indoor flea market, and eventually a physical storefront in a 3 year time frame.
I have my niche market. I would like to at this time acquire the NJ business retail license. Do I need to register an LLC or DBA to acquire a retail license? The cost of a NJ retail license would also be a help if known.

I hope i am wrong but I see disaster from your description.
u are saying wholesale acct; of course everything you buy
will be at a discount; to be sold at retail on your site.
that is petty. I see problems with your buying things to re-sell on a web site. That is almost suicidal. Drop shipping is how you will succeed.
put nothing back into the biz; use small private bank loans to run
your biz and when you hit a profit [if you ever do, cause most
pure net biz's do not ever hit a profit] put your profits
into other biz’s of your own or a friends!
flea markets earn between 1-5% net. they have no formal
cost of goods so they are rarely a biz.
u do need a biz name for a retail site. I suggest you stick
with your own name til you get close to a profit as it
costs nothing to be a proprietorship other than city
costs of a license which you only need when you open the
retail store.
I would like to guide you but your biz model scares me.
