Incorporating Llc
What is the difference between incorporating and having a LLC?
My business would be just myself and my fiance’ with me doing most business on-line, buying wholesale and reselling at a discount to consumers.
An LLC is a corporation. So there is no difference. You are setting up a “shield” so anyone who sues you can only sue the business and not you personally.
In most cases you don’t need a corporation since your business is small and you are not going to be sued by anyone.
