Can you incorporate an OFFSHORE company in Nevada? And what are the limitations?

I am guessing that an offshore nevada company is not allowed to trade with the united states at all, right?

In order to incorporate in Nevada you must have a registered agent in Nevada.

If your company is incorporated outside the United States, you may not incorpoate it in Nevada. Instead, you must register as a foreign corporation in Nevada.
