Incorporating A Business Nevada
in what state should I incorporate an Internet-only business with no employees?
I would like to incorporate in Nevada or Delaware, but don’t want to pay double-tax to Illinois (my home state)
Depends on the type of business to see what laws are more favorable to you. Most insurance companies are incorporated in Delaware because of their “kinder & gentler” laws.
