Incorporate A Business In Nevada
Can I incorporate in a state that I don’t live in?
I want to incorporate my business and I currently live in Texas. I am moving to Michigan within the next six months. Can I incorporate in Michigan?
I heard Nevada and Delaware are great states to incorporate in even if you don’t live there. Any advice? Can’t find any specifics in books.
You can incorporate in any state in America. Since each state has its own rules on corporations, there are pluses and minuses to whatever state you eventually incorporate in.
If you are going to do anything too complicated, though, I would have a legal eye look over the paperwork. There are some things that should be worded just so.
