where should I incorporate to shoot film in california?
Here is the deal I want to make movie and need investors. so I am going the corporate route to secure investors. I would like to form a corporation in neveda, but I will shoot in california the whole movie in varios locations in southern california. Now If incorporate in neveda and shoot in california will my company need to qualify in california also. also I tihnk it is important to mention that I want nevada for there tax benefits and other benefits.
