Form A Nevada Llc
LLC for an online business?
I live in Texas and am starting an online home based business that caters to customers all through the world. The website is actually being hosted in Arizona, but the inventory will be located from my home in Texas The business structure that I want to use is an LLC. Should I form the LLC in Texas or Nevada? And why?
I don’t understand where Nevada come from if the website is hosted in Arizona. The LLC should be where home base is, in Texas for accounting and legal purposes. Nevada can do nothing for you if you have accounting/legal issues involved in the state of Texas.
