Anytime you have to send $$$ to redeem some prize, sweepstakes or whatever this was ( looks like insurance? ) it is a fraud.
My guess is you wired them the money? What was their reason that you needed to give them $130 first? Why didn’t you just tell them to take the $130 out of the $1,000 they say you were due? LOL
Your greed got in the way of common sense. You will not get them on the phone, they have got your $ now they are on to another *mark*.
