I’m terminating my LLC, which never did business. What steps should I take?
I registered an LLC in South Carolina. Now I will be moving out of state. The LLC never “opened the doors” – it was merely registered.
Do I need to file tax statements, beyond filing articles of termination? How about the IRS?
This may be tricky since I’m moving out of state soon… help!
Go here. If you didn’t get an EIN from the feds, you shouldn’t have to do anything
